Access for everyone

We want everyone to be able to reach us, get into the office and use this website comfortably.

At the office

Our office is on the second floor at 29 Main St E, upstairs from Pharmasave. An elevator serves the floor and the office is wheelchair accessible. If you need extra time, a support person or a particular kind of help during your visit, tell us when you book and we’ll plan for it. Service animals are welcome.

On this website

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, as required under Ontario’s Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). The site supports keyboard navigation, screen readers, browser zoom and your device’s reduced-motion setting, which turns off the paintings’ movement.
